It is an excellent way to see an area of the Great Barrier Reef that is completely unspoiled, it only takes a 25 minute boat ride to the reef, unlike others where it can take hours to get to a decent reef. Another way to see our sea animals is to book a Paddletrek kayak tour. This is a great way to see Cape Tribulation and the surrounding area. There are also guided tours that depart the Cape Tribulation Beach House twice a day.

The animals in our beach are numerous with heaps of Sea Turtles and fish of all colours and shapes.

Lastly, and this as I said is not an exhaustive list – there is a tour that runs here where you can try different fruits of the region. It is an exotic fruit tasting tour and is very reasonably priced and offers a great chance to try foods that you will probably never have eaten before!
